MY WISE HEART PATH

I am an autistic sensitive and truth seeking soul. Life felt like a series of unexpected events that were difficult to predict or accept. Then I became the parent of 2 autistic kids, and also released I was autistic too. This stretched my self care capacity beyond its limits, and my path felt so painful and alone. Yet I knew I could use my knowledge of a nurse and naturopath to look after me, and my kids. I drew on these and also found and used mindfulness and intuitive guidance. So I attend to my mind, body, heart and soul. Combined, I awakened my innate Wise Heart Warrior, and found new wisdom, peace, power and freedom. Choosing & living my Wise Heart Way.

  Meditation is the tool that brings us back to your innate selves. Here we cultivate our awakening back to our innate calm, wisdom and joy.  Here we can free ourselves from regret and plans, and expand this moment into one that we want to come back to. Again and again.

  For me, inclusion is the opportunity to be welcomed and participate in all aspects of our community. That all people have the chance to choose what and where they engage, and are supported by their society and it’s systems to do so.
